Matt Simmons

I am a Co-Founder & Licensed Home Health Therapist for A Home Health business in Lexington, Kentucky focused on providing Occupational and Physical Therapy.  For nearly 15 years I have had the privilege of serving people and their families as I have become a part of their amazing story upon being welcomed into their homes.

I am a graduate of Endicott College, located in the beautiful oceanside town of Beverly, Massachusetts. Kentucky is my Home and my family and I are best friends.
